Over the bridge … twice!

Having converted last Friday’s 7k to a 5k while telling myself it wasn’t a failed run, today I set off with purpose and a back up route if the bridge wasn’t open. Needn’t have worried - not many boats going out today so could do my planned route.

Not only did I do the Super 7 💪 I clocked a PB for a fabulous 5k en route 🏃‍♀️🥇

Lots of nice people around this morning saying good morning or giving a little wave and a gent who gave me 👍each time I saw him - which was very encouraging 😀

A bit cool but hardly a breeze so very pleasant around the marina and sea front.

OH had tea and toast ready for me when I got back. He says he much prefers me doing longer runs - it gives him a longer lie in 😉

Well done you... a back up plan and a PB! Your run sounds to have been lovely and.... a treat when you got home too.
