dCompleted yesterday. I think I’ll keep to this as a maximum for a few weeks. It feels good to have done it. Another 5K Jeff at PR on Saturday and some 4k runs next week. Feeling great.
5K jeffing: dCompleted yesterday. I think I... - Bridge to 10K

Very well done, sounds like jeffing really suits you

I started Jeffing my runs on the advice of a physio over 18 months ago. I found my run times were the same and it dramatically improved my cadence.I've just started running on through some of my walks but I know that I'll mainly continue Jeffing.
It interesting how many ways there are too run.
Well done! Can I ask the ratio you Jeff?

I am a bit erratic: 3/2 twice then 3.5/2 then 3.5/1.5 then 4/1.5 or 4.5/1.5 and any mixture of the above. I am coming back from a break so I might go to 5/1 and eventually try to increase the running element (possibly with a decrease of my daily biscuit intake!)

Jeffing is a great way to rebuild running strength and rebuild fitness. I’d been jeffing 5K for 2-3 weeks recently and managed to run a full 5K at parkrun on Saturday. Still plenty of jeffing ahead for me.
