Had a fabulous holiday in Malta with the family, early morning walks to see the sunrise with my son beautiful. Didnt do any running just relaxed . Day before due to come home my grandson got one of those summer colds, going home on the plane yep you guessed it . I was cold and shivering felt unwell the whole 3hours got home collapsed into bed for a week. Then got a chest infection...again.

Not one to give up , with Jo Whiley in my ear this time I started W1....slowly

Still struggling with my chest but just completed W2R2 finding it easier this time round perhaps it's becauseI'm doing it slower.

I'm not giving up though, since starting C25K which I never thought I would ever do running is not in my blood, I've loved it and I will carry on.I may never do a 10k again but I will enjoy trying

Take care doggytail, the advice I was given is to run if it’s a head cold but not if on the chest.
