I just wanted to thank you all for your encouraging posts.

I completed couch to 5K Jan 2021, but today finally ran (without stopping!) my 1st 5K.

Many times I thought I’d never do it, but your encouraging advice & posts really helped me continue.

I’m so pleased! I just wanted share it with you!

Still stuck on the IC unfortunately. Doing the physio exercises religiously and ankles feel ok, but not much different. I keep feeling tempted to try a run but my gut feeling is that it'll just reoccur as I'm still getting twinges.
