Didn’t get up early enough to do a longer run this morning but wanted to get out there and try out my hip ( it’s been grumbling all week). Off I went and knew straight away the it would need to be a short run as it was hot and sultry. Managed a 12 minute run so now will wait to see how the hip takes it. Safe running everyone take lots of 💦water with you and take it slowly. 🐢🐢🐢🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️
