Sometimes I love running!

I often don't love running. I just do it and then I'm glad to have done it. But today, after a crazy week of working late into the evenings, I was up for it. Usually I find the first 2 or 3k a slog, but today there was a spring in my step right from the start. I think my body was desperate to do something other than sit in front of a computer!

I went out as the temperatures cooled and I felt so comfortable.

I felt young.

I mean compared to a lot of people on here I AM young at a mere 51, but I felt like I could have been a teenager as I bounded along.

These runs don't come along very often. But when they do, they're golden.
