Running in the shade

It was 24 degrees at 6.30pm but I have found a route that is about 90% in the shade.

Monday evening was 2 degrees cooler. But I am now consistently quicker than at any time this year. I am still slow, but I can definitely see improvement at long last.

Well done! I’m really struggling in the heats so it’s either early morning or late evening running here. Great to find such a shady route.

It’s so encouraging when you can see progress. Long may that feeling continue!
