I ran 31 minutes and distance was 3.22 sorry

Well that's fine !Pace dosent matter .

It's running at your conversational pace that will help to build up your aerobic capacity!

Forget 5k in 30 minutes, it's meaningless 🙂

I'm looking at your last post and wondering if you are saying you did 3.2km in 31 minutes. If that's the case that's fine. You should just consolidate the 30 minute runs for a few weeks, the distance isn't really relevant. Nor is the point of this programme to actually run 5k in 30 minutes! I generally do it between 36-38 minutes, sometimes 40.

In this weather I don't care I'm just happy to get it done🥵🥵🥵 What did help me was going slower to go further, a few slower runs of around 8km did help the pace of my 5 km, but then I thought, what the heck, it's not a race🤣
