Moving on to repeat of wk 5 C25K

So… did first run of week 5 this morning. A stiff breeze and a few climbs too which makes it harder but did it. Didn’t have breakfast beforehand, just a coffee. Face like a tomato on return but pleased nevertheless! 🥵Rest tomorrow, then run 2!
