Following the last post and all the helpful and supportive comments, I’ve done 2 more runs and completed week 4. Will be moving on to week 5 today. Trying to go every 2 days to keep momentum up! I’m posting on here too as a psychological push - I thinks it’s going to help stay focused!

Great - well done on completing your further runs - each one is something to celebrate 😊. I still have rest days in between and find a regular pattern of run days works for me too. I’m sure you will continue to progress through the programme - keep posting and enjoy 😊

No - I graduated about 2 years ago but have stayed in this forum! Repeated C25 lots of times at various low points. Repeated week 4 and moved on to week 5 (again!)
