It said 26 degrees this evening. It didn't feel so hot as it had clouded over but did get muggy. I took water with me even though it was only 5K (it had been bright sunshine 30 minutes earlier). I don't suppose I would have drank any if I hadn't taken it with me but i did have a few slurps but used it mainly to pour on my head.
I wasn't looking forward to it as it was a bit warm, and my legs felt a bit tight after sitting at work most of the day. I thought I might have just done 3-4K but felt good.
Not a great time but a bit quicker than recently especially as I had done 13K on Saturday.
Getting a little cooler for the rest of the week.
