It's warming up

It was a warm and sunny morning today, didn't think twice before choosing to wear shorts. Luckily I rarely see anyone I know while I run except my husband and he's used to me

We decided to just run a slow and steady 5km. I remembered to take my squeezy water bottle. It works much better having realised this morning as I filled it that I hadn't removed all the packaging around the nozzle 😂. On the downside I forgot my headphones which was a bit annoying as I'd just downloaded a Sophie Ellis-Bextor Kitchen Disco with indie anthems. Had to make do with earworms instead lol

Not much to report on really, just a nice easy run to build up my aerobic fitness. Did my cooldown stretches on the lawn, which is benefitting from #nomowmay. I love the daisies and this morning spotted some really pretty orange flowers too
