Early morning run 🙃🙃🙃

Got up nice and early for me and out I went NRC coach Bennett telling me I was awesome and giving me ‘ the best advice ‘ throughout the run. Must admit I found this 25 minutes fairly easy and enjoyable although it was quite windy my breathing was controlled. Back home shower and coffee followed by 2 hours of table tennis 🏓 what’s not to like about being retired 🤣🤣🤣

I managed to badly bruise my knee with a garden fork (don’t ask!) so it’s a few days on the couch for me. Hopefully it won’t be too long until it’s less swollen!

Oh I so agree! I love my retirement and can’t now understand why I worried so much about it when I worked. It’s especially great for this running thing 🙂

Yay well done, it sounds like a great run! I did the 'worst advice ever' run the other day, now I need to do your one with the best advice to compensate 😂 I'm so jealous. I don't work full time anymore but I can't wait for proper retirement! 👍
