A cracking two weeks of running, and two 8kms now in the bag. Ran the exact same route for both and today’s was just 2 seconds quicker than last week - how’s that for consistency? (58:40 last week, 58:38 today!)
Still enjoying my shorter runs too but I really am loving the longer runs, just taking it slow and taking in the surroundings and I’m finding it really relaxing - who knew?!
9km next week, and i’m ready to take it in my stride 😁
