Just realised that it's a year I have been runnering. I started with couch to 5k, then bridge to 10k. Looking at my first HM on 8th may.
COVID lockdown was my reason to start. I was in my mid 50's had put on over a stone and thought let's give it a try.
First 3 weeks or so took longer as I took out some time when feeling aches and pains.
Total runs 115,
Distance 718 km
Organised events 4 park runs and 10k.
Weight lose: 18lbs, although I have put some back on when I was laid up recently with COVID.
Shoes, on second pair of Mizuno Wave riders. One blue pair and one red
