Has spring arrived 🤞

Luckily the nightshift was kinder last night, well I got to bed at err 3am, did the dad taxi thing for the daughters, went looking for elusive loo roll haha ( the world is bonkers)

So breakfasted porridge and banana and a decaf......

Trainers laced and out in the sun..... Yikes that's bright 😎.

Sunny chilly gorgeous I did the same route as last time out but in reverse, those hills are still there grrrrrrr. But hey I like hills 😬.

Home stretch, drink and fruit

And suddenly the world is even more wonderful, ohhhhhh the running endorphins are jingling..

I think the sunshine helped Debston, and I've done permanent nights for soooo long that the sleep pattern fluctuates 😵

But the sun does definitely help recharge the old batteries

Great running Imc50 even after only a few hours sleep . Weather was great today for running and I ran a new route and yes I with you on how good we feel after a nice run in lovely surroundings. Are you sleeping now🤣
