A hilly 5k to complete wk3

JJMP wk 3 completed this morning. Was meant to be a long walk day with 5k run thrown in the middle. I was going to do it with my sister and she had a bit of sore leg so we decided to do just the 5k run around her house.

To make up for the loss of walk, she decided to take a different route that had hills so the 5k workout still gives a 10k workout lol.

Completed in 42mins and had to walk a few min up the last hill.

Next week long run is 8k, I think I will go to a flat park for it 😂 I have done two hilly runs this week!

Wow that's very impressive! Yes, a flatter route for your 8k sounds like a good idea. So close to the end now 😃💪👏👏👏👏
