Don’t you just love an unexpected run and Strava bling!

I’m currently doing a 5k Garmin coach training plan with the aim of improving my pace - I’m trying to get that elusive (for me) 30’ 5k. Today was supposed to be an ‘easy’ 12k, however…. The sun was rising and I was feeling good around 8k in so turned it into a very long run. By 13k I wasn’t feeling as good an wished I’d not bothered, however too late to change my mind…. The last 5-6k was hard and I had to ‘Jeff’ them, still hit a few PR’s on Strava so no complaints.

Well done you! That’s such good going 😃. Seeing as you weren’t feeling it around 13k, very impressive. What a nice surprise!
