I tried to post yesterday, found i was restricted and subsequently closed my account. It transpires it was a glitch due to site updates, so I've had to rejoin.

Anyway, my reason for popping in was to say I'm sorry to have been so absent, but the last 3 years have been horrendous for various reasons, so I've had to restrict my contributions to one or two online groups. But I'm still here and still running and, of course, an connected with many of you on Facebook and Strava xxx

Yes, the site was really flaky yesterday. I was blaming something on my own network for a while. (Actually there was something wrong there, too, which I fixed anyway.)
