Set off bright and early this morning with the aim to do 50 minutes of the plan. Felt good and fuelled by the sunshine reached 60 minutes. Slow as a ๐ŸŒ but kept on going xxx

The sunshine was lovely here too this morning. I did a pre-work walk of just over an hour.
