A sunny 60 minutes

Set off bright and early this morning with the aim to do 50 minutes of the plan. Felt good and fuelled by the sunshine reached 60 minutes. Slow as a 🐌 but kept on going xxx

The sunshine was lovely here too this morning. I did a pre-work walk of just over an hour.
