First sub 40 5 k today. I run because I enjoy it and only check the stats out of interest so was gobsmacked at how my time had improved. At the age of 55 I couldn’t run - I’m now 56 and look forward to my Sunday morning 5 k.
So pleased.: First sub 40 5 k today. I run... - Bridge to 10K

Congratulations to you Titsch on completing your first sub 40 minutes 5k, well done, you should be very proud of yourself, I like the way you say that you look forward to your Sunday morning 5K, how about running a Saturday morning 5K at a parkrun near to where you live, if there are any near you. 😊 🏃🏾

Fantastic it’s great isn’t it - I just generally feel better which is a good enough metric for me.
