Having done couch to 5k all through January and February, I’m finding this running in the sunshine business a bit strange. I’m used to battling rain, puddles, flying branches, mud up to my knees, and hurricane level wind. I am not used to this gorgeous weather. Sunny but not too sunny. Breezy but not to breezy. I heartily approve.
This morning it was an easy 5k around a local marina. I’ve recently had covid which has really knocked my energy levels so I deliberately went steady, especially since I found 3k on Monday really hard. It was great to arrive at the coffee shop at the end feeling fresh. Will see how 6k goes on the weekend.
Long may this weather continue.
Any other magic plan followers been out?

I'm not on the magic plan, but I was out in the sunshine! In fact, the sun, which was still low as it was 6.30am, was smack in my eyes! I had fun on my return route looking at my long shadow in front of me, running along! So lovely to get out in this weather!Good luck with the plan, take care after covid!
I was on the magic plan once upon a time. Now I'm building back up after a spell on the IC with the NRC 10k plan. The magic plan is brilliant. I'm sure you'll enjoy the whole journey and the milder weather! Good luck with it, looking forward to reading your updates 😊🍀🏃♀️
