I have completed c25k twice and have just finished juju’s magic running plan too for the second time!! It is amazing and I am feeling so much better for being back out in my trainers!! I am going to consolidate for a while now 2 5ks and a long run at the weekend - is there another plan anyone recommends for moving up to a 10 miler/half?

A bunch of have used/ are using the NRC Half Marathon plan as far as 10 miles/16k. It’s free on the app with virtual coached runs (or option to switch coach off). It’s set out as 5x pw, but can be adapted. Very flexible. I’ve done it 2-3x pw, sometimes gone off-plan, and have loved it… even the bits that I thought I’d not like. Great fun. And got me to 10 miles! 😊

I did my 2 5k runs each week and just increased my 3Rd run which was the long one, by 10%ish each time. In the end I went from 14 to 16k in one go but I'll not do that next time!
