Back in the Game!

So after my house move in October my running became sporadic to say the least, and when I did run, I found it hard and not exactly enjoyable. I made a promise that I would get back into it this year and have just completed my 9th run of the year - my first ever with negative splits! As my fitness slowly improves I am loving running again, I'm finding new route, and although its cold, dark and muddy, I cant wait to get back out there!

Hope everyone else is enjoying running in 2022, stay safe!

Well done, try running when it gets around or below zero - the mud freezes 😁🥶❄❄❄
