The best thing I suspect is just to get back on that horse again. Kit up and get going. Take it gently.

I did this when I moved in October - went from running 5 times a week to nothing for weeks on end. I wont lie, its really hard getting back into it - especially as you may be expecting to find it easy. The first runs wont be fun - but just get out there, start small and build. Set yourself goals each week and after a month you will feel much better about it. I started again in December and am just about loving it once more!

Your tennis will have helped keep your fitness level up so you're not starting from scratch. I'd suggest starting small, maybe a couple of 10" runs....something that you can easily complete, to boost your confidence at getting out there again? Best of luck.
