Day 6 dry and red

So far so good. Apart from day 1 on the dry front....I hadn't realized January had started! So far 2 runs and 3 walks. I wouldn't have done the walks without the red motivation so that's good. Today will be another frosty walk and tennis tomorrow and Sunday mornings. Saturday will be a longer run I hope. I'd like to do 1 x10k a month and slowly build up to 10miles again. I'd have to do it whilst it's still cold tho. Good running all and stay kind to your selves!
