3K Post Covid

Just over three weeks since my last run - 9K, in a plan to get back to 10K, then along came Omicron. Luckily it was like an extended dose of a bad cold/mild flu for me. A bit concerned about starting out again after just walking now and again since Christmas Eve and not enough other exercise.

Best thing about today was that it was my legs that were a bit tired and not my lungs - the latter being my concern. Very slow Jeffing, but I don't expect to do anything else for the next 2 weeks. I will leave Parkrun for one more week at least. But I will volunteer this weekend.

I am back.

Great to hear your back after Omicron!Take it easy 👍

Good to hear you didn't suffer too much from the covid. Take it easy and slow, noone is running behind you poking you with a stick 😉
