E mails

Anyone having trouble receiving posts from people they are following. I don’t seem to be receiving them. Wonder if it’s a blip or something?

I often get them way after I have read the post ! But they eventually arrive .But you are not the first to ask this !

Since Christmas Day the only e mails I have received from Healthunlocked are "someone is following you" a private email and the email I get the next day, which are the top 12 posts of the previous day.To look at posts from C25K, Bridge 210K or the Marathon forum I have to go to the Healthunlocked Home page and tap or click the link to them to read the various emails, I am not sure why this change has happened.

Same as me Al. Get the HU newsletter but not the posts.

Thanks Roseabi, I have sent a email regarding not getting a direct email from Healthunlocked, at least I can still see posts but it's a bit of a roundabout way to see them.

I am not receiving mails whenever someone posted a reaction. Used to get them and now I don't. Have to come and look at my alerts...

I still get the 12 top posts of the previous day first thing in the morning but that way if I reply to any I am a day late

Katnap is also having the same problem. I’ll get him to contact HU support.

I have sent a email explaining the situation to Healthunlocked, hopefully I will be able to see direct emails again rather than go this roundabout way in seeing them, you can still read all the posts by going to the Healthunlocked Homepage and tapping or clicking the various links.

HU have just emailed me to say they have fixed this problem.
