Interesting. Me either, though roseabi is receiving emails. I have just tried logging out and in again. If the problem persists even having done that then I will message HU support.
We will just have to be patient, I went through all the ways of getting E-Mails from HealthUnlocked, I did not UNsubcribe or change anything such as only getting E-Mails once a week, I get them once a day, sometimes as many as 50, so there must be some fault in the system after all.
I had a bit of a trip going down steps on Tuesday, I did not fall but pressed my left foot very hard on one of the steps and OUCH there was a very sore feeling up my left leg above my knee, this morning there is a bruise on the leg with slight swelling, it doesn't stop me walking but this Saturday I will for my 40th virtual (not) parkrun, walk, that will take around 55 minutes so I'll have a low age grading.
Yes, there have been problems all week - they are making improvements to the site, but doing so can often cause other things to break! I'm sure it will be back to normal soon.
Sorry to hear about your trip, take it easy!!! xxx
I am responding to emails "through the back door" so to speak by posting them from my Profile Page, thanks, I will take it easy by just walking, not running.
Thanks Beatlesforever, I avoided a serious fall, I can still walk slowly, this Saturday I will just walk my 40th (not) parkrun around my normal 5K route.
Update Roseabi, at around 8pm Friday I emailed Healthunlocked, at 8.58 pm I got my first email from HU in 3 days, everything now back to normal. π ππΎ
An extra point: anyone with a Google Mail / GMail address may have had their incoming emails bounce with "permanent error: no such address" yesterday evening. This may have disabled your email notifications from the forum
O I am so glad that everything is back to normal today, between me running my 40th virtual parkrun this morning and Buddy34 and RunaroundSue completing Lejog in the same day I can send and see all the replies and congratulations which were absent over the last few days.
Hi BradC, thanks for your reply, the only Gmail that I am not getting are the ones from Healthunlocked, all other Gmail I am getting are coming to my inbox as normal, so I can't see how it's Googles fault, I am sending this and getting replies through my profile page, not Gmail from Healthunlocked.
The other possibility is that Google Mail (GMail) has blacklisted/spamlisted this site. This sort of thing happens depressingly regularly. My notifications go to a Google account.
HU seem to think my account was seeing HU as spam (possibly an effect of the outage), and as a result HU blocked my account. We will see if this fixes the problem for everyone - and hopefully there aren't too many accounts affected.
The first email came at 8.58 from someone who ran her first 5K, the second came around 9.30 from Plattszo, I received yours at about 5 past ten, so hopefully things are back to normal.
It's been a bit of an up and down week for me nowster, between almost falling down steps but saving myself from a fall, I had a spasm up my left leg which is almost gone, this Saturday morning for my 40th virtual parkrun I'll take it slow and steady, walking a bit as well, then on Tuesday I lost contact with Healthunlocked because they had a fault in their system, it's back now and my left leg is feeling less sore.
