BUPA 10mile programme Beginner - week 12!

Hello and welcome in the last post of this series!

Who, in their right mind, would have thought that I ( bloody hell ) will ever run 10miles 🙊

Well, let me tell you sth...I RAN 10 MILES!!!!

Run1 and Run2 was both 30mins Easy jog. So I did just under 5k at both occassions.

Run3 - 10 MILES!!!

I just cannot believe it myself, but yeah....it was awesome! And I did it in exactly 1hr 44minutes 36 seconds 🙊

I feel like I am at the top of the world!

So I allow myself to celebrate for a few days and them I am thinking of doing 10k twice a week, then 10miles as a Long Run on the weekend - as my consolidation - because the "running bug" in me demands more 🥰

Thank you hun! My legs are still a bit sore, so did not run since.But will try on slow 10k tomorrow
