So excited, not for presents, but at the fact that our Parkrun is on today! I'm amazed but really pleased as didn't realize they ran all year. So happy Christmas and have a good one, especially to everyone running. If you're not running, you can still eat whatever you want, as there's calories, just see the attached!🤣🍷🍾🏃‍♀️

You'll be within the RDA (Runner's Daily Allowance). 🤣

Not all parkrun venues do Christmas Day or New Year's Day. My usual one isn't.

Happy Christmas, its lovely to do a Christmas Parkrun! People running in Santa & elf outfits, doggies in Christmas coats. (Ours was on yesterday, and despite stopping to remove my jacket I came 1st on my age category). There's another on New Years Day - yay! 🌲🎅🤶

Brilliant isn't it, I loved it!! Yep Im really looking forward to running on New Years day too this Saturday. Good luck in yours!! Every week Im second in my age group with the lady beating me by about 1.5 mins. I keep telling myself 'one day, I'll catch her!!🏃‍♀️😅
