Well, its been quite a busy pre Christmas week for me, all my plans for a nice long muddy countryside run seem to have fallen by the wayside due to lack of time. Instead I squeezed in four early morning 3k runs, just out the door, round the local park and back. The only good thing was I didn't have to spend ages removing layers of mud, cleaning and drying my shoes 👍😁

Those short runs are very nice orange guy, I have done 3 over the last week, 3K on Saturday, 5K on Wednesday and a 3K this morning, I wish you a very Happy Christmas and a happy running New Year 🎉 🎄🤶🎄🤶🤶🤶🎄🎶👍
