After my 14K (2h) on Saturday, I did a slow recovery 3K today. Long since I did such a short run, felt a bit useless to dress up for such a distance. But I did it nevertheless.
Am thinking to do a 5K on Wednesday and then take rest until Saturday / Sunday when I will try for my first 10 miles.
That sounds like a good plan for a strong and confident runner - congratulations on all that you have achieved so far.
