We often see posts here from beginners and new graduates asking how to approach their running as the days get shorter and the weather worsens.

Whilst the advice in this video from Mike James ('The Endurance Physio' - also a very experienced triathlete/runner and coach) has *not* been tailored for C25Kers, I think there's a few things here which some of you may find helpful:

Thanks for the link. There's some interesting things to think about. I like the idea about routes which I realise I sort of do already. Also the point about changing what you measure your runs by.
