Well the gremlins nearly stopped me today, but managed to step over them on the door step.
Set off and could immediately tell my body wasn’t in the mood for a long run today - but it didn’t have any choice! Suspect a little dehydrated, must keep an eye on that.
Anyway, tried a new route - I never knew that little country lane went uphill so much! Phew! All done and the ‘stop now, you can’t do it’ gremlin was put in its place.
The run was ‘Jeffed’ with approx 3’30”/30” intervals.
This was the last run of week 6 on the Garmin coach HM plan, 10.46km RWR with 10 min warm up/cool down sections (which I ran at the same pace).
Magic half mile with a 4 and a bit km run next week, which I think I’ll incorporate into this route again - gremlin dependant!

New routes can be great news for our running! And you’re right about those little hills and country roads. They always appear flat when you’re driving but as soon as you run on them…… 🥵
