Oops posted on the wrong forum yesterday but has I said I think I've lost my marbles.

I cant readšŸ™„

Mis read jujus plan thought it was longer run each time. Dont know why I did that cos the first 2 weeks were ok, i think perhaps to much going on at the moment.

I did 7k Wednesday, thursday joined a rambling club and walked 11 miles, friday gym, Saturday nothing my poor old legs had enough. Grandson was on a skydive so I didnt see him.

Read the plan oops I should have done 3.5k Wednesday, my problem apart from reading is I cant run slow must try harder and concentrate more

Sounds like you're making good progress.

I got to 10k by just adding 5 minutes to one of my runs every week or two.

The rambling club sounds nice. Going for walks is my favourite type of social event.

Hmm, if you completed the distance you were aiming for, that suggests to me that your pace must have been OK. Alright, it seems that you haven't done this week's in the specified order but that really doesn't matter.

One thing that I've found is that faster/harder runs mean that I've less energy the following day which is probably worth taking into acount. Also, don't forger to take some rest days!

There are three runs a week in the Magic Plan and they can be done in any order you want doggytail .

After week 3 the distances get much simpler to remember. Weeks 4 and 5 are the same (4k, 5k, 8k) as are weeks 6 and 7 (4k, 5k, 9k). Week 8 is 4k, 5k, 10k.

So from week 4 onwards you do one 4k and one 5k every week, plus a longer run.
