Morning Runners.

I completed Couch25k six months or so ago and until a few weeks ago I was running three times a week, never more than 5k. Then I decided to complete juju's magic plan and had no problem for first three weeks.. following the recent 7k run, I went on two days later to do 5k reasonbly easily. But since then I have had a sensation of hot lower legs, rather like mild sunburn. This is when relaxing, not running.

I've not run since Mond!y and I dont know whether or not I should get out there. It doesnt hurt as such and I dont think it would impede my run.

Any thoughts please. Thank you

My initial thoughts on this, and I stress only my thoughts and I am not medically trained!

Maybe a touch of DOMS (Delayed onset muscle soreness) ?

Have a look at this article, it may help .
