First Parkrun today!

Hi everyone,

I finally managed to do a park run, in the beautiful pine tree park in Montecatini Terme, Tuscany. Not a great timing (almost 42 minutes), but I jogged steadily while chatting with a fellow runner. A very pleasant experience that I hope I can soon repeat!

What a great experience! Do they make it very bureaucratic in Italy?

No, not burocratic at all, must be an imported thing! 😜

In France it’s so bureaucratic (health certificates needed) that it’s barely worth doing.

Really? I thought you were only joking… Sorry about that! I suppose because it’s a volunteer-run initiative it has no particular impositions. The participant should judge their own state of health and decide on taking part accordingly.
