Hello!

Happy to update - week 3 completed 😁

Run1 and Run2 both as 30mins Easy I did 4.45k and 4.37k. I am trying to stay on the same loops for similar runs, so I see if there is any progress. I must say I started with a bit of a sore throat, so I am not pushing myself too much and actually do take it easy.

Run3 today is classed as a Long Run and I did 5k in 33min 13s, which probably I could do better but at the moment still sore throat and I have 2 hills on my way ( shows 80m elevation ).

Got myself new shoes as my friend told me about the sales / discounts on the adidas website 😁 well worth it! So there's that to celebrate another week done.
