Treadmill avoided….

What a strange day, I took the dog out for her walk this morning at about 9 am in the pouring rain and semi darkness. After an hour of walking in the rain, I decided today’s run had definitely been moved inside to the treadmill. However an hour later it was glorious sunshine and blue sky. So apart from having to a avoid a few seriously large and deep puddles, I had a very warm 6km run (36:19 mins) outside, which was a bonus ! Obviously timed it just right as it’s raining again now !

Strange here too. I'm glued to the rainfall radar maps. We just had a short intense thunderstorm here. Hoping to be able to get out after work. The paths will be sopping wet when I do, though.

I obviously timed it just right as it’s been raining really heavily again this afternoon ! Hope you stay dry!

Same here.

Its been lashing down all morning so have just been out in glorious sunshine. I had my tights on and winter top and ended up melting whilst avoiding the deep puddles. Very strange.

Luckily I realised how warm it was so only went out in t shirt and shorts, but was still warm, so I can image how warm you were!

You might need the tights by the end of the week. It's forecast to be a bit wintry.
