I haven't been on the forum for ages, because I haven't really been doing much running. A short run, maybe two, a week. I've been confused by being able to go back to my badminton clubs which run 3 times a week. I only started the C25K when they stopped and I was never sure how I would feel about running once they started up again.
As it turns out, I want to do both and there are not enough days in the week! So I've decided to play badminton twice a week and run 2 or 3 times.
Anyway the big news is I just ran my first 10K in about 6 months and I'm feeling pretty good. Actually, the big news is I've entered the Great West Run in May, but trying not to dwell too much on that at the moment...
Anyway, it's good to be back on the forum.
