14 weeks finally achieved 5k not in the 30 mins but I did it.

After the last 2 days of feeling ill I'm so pleased I decided to go out in the sunshine and do it.

I wont say it was easy cos it wasnt but the encouragement of people I passed spurred me on.

I'm going to knock 2 mins off my time for the 6 Stiles I had to climb over and the 2 shire horses I got stuck behind lol

A nice achievement too, well done!

Well done! And don't mind the time, not a lot of people can get 5K in 30 minutes. I am ecstatic if I can get 40 minutes for my 5K 😉
