Back to week 6

I lost my will to run almost completely, feeling miserable about it and generally on a downer. I then got COVID which totally ruined any thought of starting running again for a while.

I decided to return to C25K a couple of weeks ago, beginning at week 6. It was hard going but am now on Week 7 run 2. Feeling more determined to get back to 5k and not pushing too hard, trying to enjoy it. So far so good.

Posted this to try and encourage others who struggle with motivation/ illness. If the will is there, you can do it!

Well done for getting back out there - it sounds like you have been having a tough time. Hopefully the structure of the plan will help you back on track 🤗
