Completed c25k a few weeks ago and now running every other day for 30 minutes - gonna try and add a few more minutes to each run while I decide where to go next in this venture of fitness - although I didn’t believe it at first but each run does get easier and the support on here definitely keeps you going strong so thank you all 😊

Well done on keeping up the running ! Why not take a look at this plan for running either 60 minutes or 10K
Well done!
After my 30 minutes, I consolidated for a while and then added 5 minutes to my 'long run' in the weekend every 2 weeks. That way I reached 60 minutes and eventually also 10K (90 minutes for me). I kept my week runs to 30 minutes until I reached 10K. Now I do 5K (45 minutes) for my week runs and 10K in the weekend.
