Morning. Out this morning at 6.30 am and did my run/walk 8.25 km. time was 1hour 16 mins pace of 9 .12m/k . Cold 5 degrees and fingers were freezing as never had my gloves with me, but by the time I had done 3.5 km getting warmed up. Don’t know of watch playing up couldn’t hear it buzzing on the intervals coming back last 3 km , ok first half, either that was too engrossed in podcasts. My 5 km time was 44:50. Not many people about mostly ambulances flashing lights (don’t like to see that) and people going to work . Met one man he looked as cold as me but he was going a bit faster than the snail. Back to hot shower and breakfast , watching marathon like everyone else I think , good on them , I know I couldn’t do it.
