The problem with creating an audio-guided app for 10k is that everyone runs at a different pace. 10k apps do apparently exist though.

Welcome to the bridge !The plan linked to by Cmoi is highly recommended, however, I notice you have just graduated C25K so a period of a few weeks consolidation would be recommended before increasing time or distance or starting this plan
