My first and possibly last run on Exmouth prom. 7K very slow. Low sun - no cap!

Mrs R's mum is going into a home away from Exmouth closer to family tomorrow, so a fun but rather reflective run today.

Lovely meal out after though.

A photo (yes I am IT literate now) as proof.

Hope all goes well with the move for Mrs R’s mum, that sun in your eyes makes a beautiful photo, lovely place to run

Nice scenery! Hope the move goes well and that she'll feel home there soon!
