Good morning runners! Last week was a rest week after getting some ink. Tried a 5 today, started well and got a couple of PBS over mile and 2 mile but couldn't keep the pace up over last couple of km, slight uphill and legs wouldn't cooperate lol. Just over 26min for 5k so not bad after a break.

Cheers Peter, been working on building pace and being able to maintain it, very pleased with the two PBs today. Annoyed that I couldn't hold the pace but I think after a week off it wasn't bad. Wanted a sub 25min 5k but ended up a good 70 seconds off. Maybe try again after a couple weeks training.
