B210K W2R1 Breaking New Ground

Breaking new ground today, I ran for a total of 45 minutes in three increments of 15 minutes separated by two 1-minute walks. The math is mind-boggling. In the first five minutes of running, after the five-minute warm-up walk, I came so close to figuring out how he got to E=mc² when a train blocked my running route. I decided to quit being afraid and tackle some hills. Switching direction, the first hill at 10 minutes into the run had me swearing that I would never run another hill, the second was an even longer one at the end of the run when I said, "Bring it on!" I circled around to the train crossing and headed into pristine country, alongside the beautiful Bow River on one side and palatial homes on the other. My second walk break had me capturing the moment on my camera whilst contemplating the very long uphill ahead of me. When I began the third of my 15-minute running segments, I noticed I wasn't breathing hard, but my legs were a tad weary. Good! I jogged and trudged and huffed that 200-400m gradual incline like a boss.

Those pesky trains are always interrupting our runs ☹️

Sounds a very satisfying run, hills and all.
