A world record breaking 5K?

Well.... at just under 43 minutes it clearly wasn't my individual effort.... 😂😂😂

Very glad to have done my bit to contribute to the End To End world record attempt at the most people running 5k today! As an extra sweetener, this was the first time in a very long time that I have managed to do 3 runs in a week. Hooray for my new part time working status!!!! 🏃‍♀️🎉🥳🎊

Well done Fionamags, I went down to a 4-day part time week (my choice) about 18 months ago. It makes running regularly much easier! 😊

Its amazing, isn't it? My job is so full on as well. I dropped from full time to a 3 day week and I feel like I'm on holiday - i can't stop grinning.

I am very very jealous of both of you. Well done on getting back to 3 a week - I've been struggling with that as well. Just by chance, I did 5k yesterday & am doing JOGLE. I wonder if it would count for the record?

I’m ok thanks Fiona.. still trying.. I completed week 4 of Couchto5k again this week, but I’ve been stalled by migraine subsequently.. thoroughly shit couple of days with it so no run today..I’m not sure whether to risk week 5 as I need my stump to be good for my adventure weekend later this month.. I have to remind myself that progress is not necessarily linear..😊Some good news this week though as I’m to be a grandma for the second time in the new year, all being well..🤞
